This resource looks at the importance of taking a message correctly, and the communication methods of receiving and relaying a message.

This learning resource has four parts that can be completed individually or grouped together depending on the target group or time allocated for the lesson.

Resources required:

Activity One – Scenario & Discussion – butcher’s paper or a Smartboard.

Activity Two ‐ Video with Discussion and group Brainstorm work, access to Internet for video and butchers paper or a Smartboard.

Activity Three ‐ Role‐play exercise, you will need to print off appendix 1 and 2.

Activity Four – Understanding of knowledge ‐ Pairs or individual exercise, you will need to print off appendix 3 and 4.
